PTFB Pro can respond to the appearance of a given window by simulating a button press.
The advantage of a "single press" entry (as opposed to a macro) is that PTFB Pro goes to great lengths to locate the button in question. With a little configuration, PTFB Pro can be made to hunt down and press the same button in a number of similar - but not identical - windows.
In addition, there are may be a few windows (such as the Outlook security dialog) that don't respond well to macros - in such cases the single press is the way to go!
The following topics describe the steps involved in setting up single press entry in PTFB Pro.
